Important terms and conditions

These terms and conditions may be altered, amended and updated at any time.

• There will be an extra charge of £8 when passing through the London Congestion Charge Zone, other congestion charge zones and tolls will be charged accordingly.
  
  
• Parking must be arranged by the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the   driver on completion of job.
  
  
• Payment must be paid by cash on completion of the job.
  
  
• Job arrival times are estimated. Although we always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of  our control such as (traffic jams ,accidents, weather etc) may cause some delays.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse to take any unsuitable loads or that has not been accurately specified before collection.
  
  
• We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: waiting for keys or gaining entry, incorrect addresses, removal of windows and so on).
  
  
• Jobs running over the estimated completion time will be charged at half hour increments .
  
  
• Your responsibility: If there are any access problems associated with your job or there are any onditions that make your job unusual such as access via an external fire escape or spiral stair way you mu advise us . Also if there is any change to the circumstances of your job, you must advise us as soon as you know.
  
  
• Verbal or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Every possible legal action will be taken.
